Regimental Association
The Regimental Association was formed on 05 October 1945 immediately following the first Annual Reunion on 28 September 1945. The Regimental Officers’ Association and the Regimental Senior NCOs’ Associations have been folded into the Regimental Association.
The objectives of the Association are:
to uphold the customs and traditions of The Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment (The Regiment), and strive to maintain Esprit De Corps.
to foster associations and friendships made within The Regiment throughout the years, and to promote comradeship among serving and former members of The Regiment.
Membership in the Association is open to:
All members of The Regiment, either serving in or having an honourable discharge from The Regiment, during peace or war time, at home or abroad, at any time since 1920, shall be eligible for Membership in the Association.
All personnel officially attached to The Regiment and vouched for (as to service) by at least two Association members in good standing shall be eligible for membership.
Any member of the public who fosters the purposes of The Association shall be eligible for membership.
Members shall be individuals of a minimum of seventeen (17) years of age interested in the purposes of The Association.

Regimental Associations Trust Fund
The Hastings and Prince Edward Regimental Associations Trust Fund was established in 1977 to create a public charitable foundation, to assist The Regiment through periodic contributions to the Regiment’s Pipe Band, the cadet corps, the Regimental Museum, educational bursaries and other projects. Financial donations to the Trust Fund are most welcomed and are considered a charitable donation under the Canada Revenue Agency for tax purposes.
